13. Moving on in my Recovery 12 session programme developed out of conversations with people in recovery Co-led by volunteer peer group leaders together with a treatment worker. Sessions span mental wellbeing, relationships, loss, stigma, being me and managing low mood Provides a positive way of leaving a service together with support into mutual aid.
