What the people want to read. Remember: as a writer you need to write what you think people want to hear about. The war is not going well for the North, but your paper must help to put it in a positive perspective. The owner of your paper has decreed that this paper focus on the people who are influencing the war. Make sure all grammar and spelling problems are taken care of before the paper is printed.
