The South developed a defensive strategy; but it quickly changed to an offensive strategy. The Union developed an offensive strategy.

FEAR…. The south thought Lincoln was going to end slavery. This would destroy their labor force in the south! So… They fight back = Civil War

President Lincoln is a great leader and one of the biggest advantages the Union has
