Process map is a Swim lane diagram of activities and deliverables organized by Roles and Phases Policies are guiding principles of the Organization Procedure :Detailed step by step instructions for performing an activity and compliance to all the steps are mandatory as per the definition in the procedure Guidelines: Collection of recommendations or 'best' practices to perform an activity Contains definition for each measure

Needs specific information during the creation of a work product or during the execution of an activity. Generally do not participate in decision making Provides expertise in specific instances of performing an activity. Helps define product design or quality review criteria.

Understanding Business Rules Pricing template should be filled and sent to the pricing team for minimum price recommendation For all Fixed Price and Managed Services deals a solution pack has to be created and handed over to delivery E.g., For deals < 20% gross margin, approval of CFO & CEO required

Select the desired activity to be viewed from the list available under Process column. Detailed activity page will be displayed and is explained in the next slide Mandatory rules to be adhered to while performing the activities of the process.
