15 SUMMARY The Safety Team evaluates and assesses training records, reports and testing to address any changes or improvements to enhance our safety program. We regularly attend safety organization workshops and seminars to stay current with existing and new training requirements. The team networks with neighboring agencies, outside resources and conducts inter-agency training when feasible. Each year we strive to improve and enhance our safety program by utilizing the various training methods, techniques and interactive programs.
