2 Division of Public and Behavioral Health Overview BHPT is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a range of behavioral health services and recovery supports for children, adolescents, and adults throughout the State of Nevada. 2

3 Division of Public and Behavioral Health The Process….. A Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is released Vendors will submit an application responding to the RFQ. These applications will be vetted. Agreements will be issued to qualified service providers. An invitation (Vendor Call) will be released with specific services to be funded, with funding amount available. Approved vendors will submit a scope of work and budget. Sub grants or Provider Agreements will be issued. 3

6 Division of Public and Behavioral Health Funding Period Qualified vendors receiving an agreement as a result of this RFQ will be placed on a list for a period of four (4) years. Any sub grants/ provider agreements awarded as part of this list will be for an initial term of two (2) years, re- negotiated for an additional two years based on compliance to the original scope of work, reporting adherence and the availability of funds. 6

7 Division of Public and Behavioral Health Eligibility Vendors must be qualified to carry out early intervention and/or treatment and/or recovery supports for individuals with: Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and/or Severe Emotional Disturbance (SED) and/or Serious Mental Illness (SMI) 7

8 Division of Public and Behavioral Health Additional Eligibility Criteria Must be registered with the State of Nevada, Secretary of State’s Office In compliance with Insurance requirements DUNS Number and EIN 8
