Non-contact lever meter with integrated GSM/GPRS modem and data processing algorithms
2
How much diesel oil do we have? At each remote site? Your total inventory? Is there a tank with low level that is to be refilled immediately? Is there a sudden drop in level that indicates leakage or theft? Did the tanker operator report a correct refilling quantity? Is the tanker route well planned or time is wasted? Will our generator sets have enough fuel when mains fail?

Non-contact, continuous level sensor gauge with no-moving parts. Compact solution, simple to install, operate and maintain. Communicates using GSM cellular network, SMS or GPRS. Reports level, volume (liters/gallons) and temperature. Supports two temperature sensors for better accuracy. Inventory tracking, theft and refilling alerts. One size fits all tank shapes and dimensions. Open for third-party monitoring software. PC monitoring software included. No field calibration required.
4
Hermetic sealed to IP68. Operational temperature from -30°C to +70°C (-22°F to +158°F). PVDF sensor resistant to aggressive materials Cost effective - simple to configure and maintain.
6
Wireless communication link based on cellular GSM communications. Cellular is global and cost effective compared to radio. SMS and GPRS are supported for a highly flexible solution. Reports at control station incorporate a combination of graphs per site, on-screen pop-up alarms and reports in tablet forms. Information is stored within an SQL database.

reliable, minimal maintenance and simple to install. Sensors are "one-size-fits all", reducing inventory costs and hassle. Tank heights: up to 8 meters (26'). Volumes: 250 liters up to 30,000 liters (100- 8000 Gallons). Optional: Ex-rated (Intrinsically Safe) model.

Much of the data analysis is performed within the sensor, greatly reducing the communication bandwidth requirements. Firmware can detect sudden fuel oil drop and refilling process. When sudden drop is detected, an immediate SMS /GPRS alert is sent. Refilling report is accompanied by quantity information allowing users to verify refilling quantities. Special alerts may be defined for levels, for example an alert at 10% from empty. An external contact support may be employed for reporting operation time intervals of a nearby generator.
