3 Purpose of Project: Build comprehensive leadership development curricula which includes: Identifying leadership competency requirements for all Company leadership levels Revising and/or designing appropriate training and coaching programs for each leadership level to include course objectives, course content and course outline for each course coaching process, assessment and objectives Developing facilitator/instructor guides and participants’ workbooks for each designed course Designing and delivering progress monitoring and sustainability processes (ie. Pilot courses and Train the Trainer)

5 Overall Approach Successful, measurable curriculum development is based on position competency models that are aligned with institutional values and identified desired culture to achieve stated vision Gap analyses identify new knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to drive toward desired culture. All Willow Path Consulting leadership development is based on the adult learning philosophies of self reflection, coaching and highly interactive learning. Based on the competency models, gap analyses, and course objectives, new course materials will be developed and followed by a pilot offering and any additional refinement. Monitoring and process improvement criteria will be established. (including Train the Trainer)
