4. Exa Networks was founded in 2003. We are the only Internet Service Provider (ISP) in the UK to cater entirely to the Business and Education sectors. Exa Networks are a true ISP, we do not resell other ISPs services, products or support. Team built the UK’s first NGFL Look after over 5% of educational organisations throughout the UK for connectivity and content filtering, email and web hosting. Developers of the original Cleanfeed content filtering system and SurfProtect. In place at over 2000 schools and businesses throughout the UK. 7. All services are designed specifically for the Business and Education sectors from the ground up, not re-branded home user services. No restrictions within our network, meaning the services we provide your organisation run at the speed they are meant to and the way you need them to. No Port or Protocol blocking or service restrictions. Our customers stay with us because they want to, and because the service and support is outstanding. Not because they are contracted to. All telephone calls answered within 15 seconds by a real human not an automated phone system or overseas call centre and emails replied to within 30 minutes*.
