Or if you’ve done the assessment exercises test out your knowledge by clicking on the multiple choice question button. The workbook relating to her should appear within the interface. Open a PDF version using the workbook button at the bottom of the screen and use this to guide you activities. To continue left click on the blue ‘ward assessment’ button. You will receive a handover report. This will help you to complete exercises 1 & 2 in your work book When you are finished, left click the continue button.

You can view Martha’s TPR Charts, GCS, MEWS and more by clicking on the clip chart at the bottom of the bed You can move between the bed space and the nurse’s station by using the toggle on the left of the screen or by clicking on the ‘nurse station’ button at the bottom of the screen

To move back to the patient’s space either use the toggle now on the right hand side of the screen or click on the ‘patient space’ button at the bottom of the screen. You can view Martha’s Medical notes by hovering your mouse arrow over the notes trolley and left clicking when you have selected the appropriate notes.

To assess Martha place the cursor over an object and read the prompt that appears to the left of the screen. If you wish to generate a value for the assessment left click on your mouse. You can see here how many assessments you have made. You have to make 15 choices. When you have selected an item, a value or some information will appear here. It’s best to note this down as you go along.

You can also select Assessments from the drop down menu at the top of the screen. Highlight your selection by left clicking, then left click on the select button. If you wish to change your assessments, use the buttons here. Reset will undo the whole assessment, undo will remove your last selection.
