4 What is cyber bullying ?  Cyber bullying is when some uses a device or a social networking site to threaten you or intimidate you.  Using text, email or web space to write or say hurtful things

5

6 Give out any information about yourself, such as your phone number and address, unless you know and trust the caller. Leave any alternative contact details as part of your voicemail greeting. Reply to text messages - it could be the wrong number! Keep the message and show it to someone you trust, such as your parents, your teacher or other members of your family. Reply to abusive messages. that may only encourage the bully. Forward a rude image or text about someone else, you could be assisting a bully or breaking the law.

7 Check the caller ID. If you don't know the number or it comes up as unknown or withheld - don't answer! Keep text messages as evidence of bullying. Make a note of the sender's details at the end of the message. Be careful and selective of who you give your mobile phone number to. Ask your friends not to pass your number on to other people that you don't know. Think before you send pictures of someone via email, or mobile phone, They can spread far beyond your circle of friends. Keep a record of events/messages or pictures, you will need them for the police or the ISP, or mobile phone company to trace the bully. Make sure you tell someone - you have a right not to be harassed and bullied online. Treat your password like your toothbrush - don't let anyone else use it!
