21 Missed Call 2 Email l Allows a “mobile” user to check the missed calls from the SIP phone even when he is not in the office l The info with the missed calls details are sent through the TOPEX VoisTel equipment to an email address of the user Routes the call to 414 extension Call to 0214083914 TOPEX VoisTel GSM network 414 User is not in the office Info missed call on the email

22 Call Hunting/Pick- up/Forking l Groups based services – in order to activate these services must be defined hunting groups, pick-up groups and forking groups including several SIP users: l Hunting – directing the calls to another user from the same hunting group in the case when the SIP user is not answering or is busy. The call diverting is made according to each user priority l Pick-up – call pick-up of a subscriber from the same pick-up group in the case when the initial user is not in the office l Forking – a call to a subscriber from a forking group is distributed to all the subscribers from the group. 23 Forking on mobile l Call Forking service can be used in two cases: l SIP users from the forking group in the same location l The telephones are registered on a single user account – SIP phone from the office and the mobile phones. 24 Mobility Extension l Use the mobile phone as an IP PBX extension: l Allows the transfer of the calls received on the mobile phone to another SIP user registered in the IP PBX – the transfer is made through DTMF codes l The service can be used by initial activation of mobile forking on the mobile and the transfer from the mobile to another extension IP network 414 GSM network Answered call X *415 – Transfer to 415 415 Call session

27 Auto Attendant l Service which allows the transfer of an outgoing call to a certain department / extension from a company without human intervention l Uses and IVR (Interactive Voice Response) for recording welcome messages l Contains a menu such as – for sales press 1, for marketing press 2, etc l Allows direct transfer to a certain extension l Allows the registering of the welcome message for each user
