5 5 Jennifer Torlone – AmeriJet Sr. Director, Technology & Infrastructure Services Technologist for the last 24 years, joining Amerijet in May 2011 Previous positions include executive technology roles for a privately held manufacturing company and publicly traded Fortune 500 companies Has positioned Amerijet to become a leader in technology, modernizing the applications, architecture and infrastructure Transformed the Information Technology organization at Amerijet into a team of innovators, business strategists, and project managers, while outsourcing the day-to-day activities Vision is to make it easy to do business – with internal and external customers Is an Equestrian, competing in Dressage and other disciplines for the last 37 years

6 6 Rick has spent more than 30 years in the network services field as a project manager and consultant. For nearly 17 years, he was a network engineer at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. At INOC, he has led several divisions, including NOC Operations/Service Delivery, Network Engineering and Systems/Development. He now spearheads INOC’s Customer Advocacy group, aimed at consistently delivering the highest quality service and exceeding client expectations. Rick Smith – INOC Co-Founder and Vice President of Customer Advocacy Rick attended UW-Madison and holds a degree from Herzing University, which named him to its Wall of Fame for his professional accomplishments. Rick enjoys downhill skiing, fishing, golf, sport shooting, kayaking, community service and spending time with his wife Marlene and their yellow lab Rocky.

7 7 Subo Guha – Unitrends VP Product Management & Marketing 20 years of expertise in cloud, automation, virtualization, systems management and server technologies Responsible for defining Unitrends’ product strategy, roadmaps and approach to market enablement Prior to Unitrends, served as vice president of cloud solutions at CA Technologies, driving CA’s cloud and virtualization strategy, products and solutions Formerly held senior executive positions with Dell, NCR and Egenera Inc. Accomplished author; more than 16 publications in esteemed Management Information Systems (MIS) journals Frequent speaker at industry events on topics involving systems management and virtualization Holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration, as well as master’s and bachelor’s degrees in Engineering
