Regulations Are there any state and/or federal regulations for drug and alcohol testing? What is the difference between the two?

Education and Training What are the state and/or federal drug testing requirements and regulations? Are the tests accurate, or could someone get fired because of prescription drugs or even poppy seeds? What if I’m just around other people that use illegal drugs? Isn’t alcohol a legal drug?

Testing What testing process is right for me? What can/do we test for? What are the reasons for testing?

What happens now? What happens if one of my employee’s tests positive for drugs and/or alcohol? What is considered a positive? Are the test results confidential, or can they be reported to anyone else?
