Note* It is recommended by the OLAC community to use 046 to record the original date of creation if available. 26 Discussion: points to ponder Repetitive information: videodisc, video, NTSC, etc. – Described at least twice in a record – More duplicate information if including fixed field, 006 & 007 The length of record gets worse? Compilation, kit or multiple works would be harder to catalog, e.g. related works in 7xx, etc. Do users need so much information? 26
