2 Mission Statement SCAI promotes excellence in invasive and interventional cardiovascular medicine through physician education and representation, and the advancement of quality standards to enhance patient care.

3 Mapping SCAI’s Future: SCAI’s Five Year Strategic Plan Begin executing SCAI’s Strategic Plan for finalized for next 3-5 years with emphasis on International. Focus on goals that will continue positioning SCAI as the home & voice for Interventional Cardiology with internal and external audiences. Membership growth & participation is overarching theme: – All members consider SCAI their most important professional society. – Members seize opportunities to get involved, amplify SCAI’s message, share SCAI’s value with others.
