7 7 describing health problems brain storm(conference to think) by small group.,principal,teacher,PTA… brain storm, using cards quiet room,table,thick paper or blackboard card as big as business card, problems are written the card.

8 8 Method of describing on the card 5~30 cards , distribute to each member 10~30 min , describe the problems collect the cards
