JS-24CNC-3N+ANCA is commendate to use on fluting & relief process for diameter from ψ0.2mm to 6 mm with shank diameter fromψ2mm~ψ6mm for extra hard material like carbide & HSS 。 JS-24CNC-3N+ANCA features : High Speed integrated CNC loading & unloading robot ram system. Systematic module to step up work piece round out. High accuracy V-block & friendly software for easy set-up. High quality M/C assemble for high accuracy. Swiss made hydraulic cylinder & guide way for 24 hours operation. ANCA motion controller with servo motor for highly grinding accuracy. Three axis simultaneously working & automatic loading & unloading system. Three axis simultaneously working to make sure workpiece grinding with highly repeated Accuracy. Besides, M/C can make fluting & relief process by just one chucking. B Axis This process is for the purpose for rotating workpiece and to combine with Z axis traverse simultaneously, the helix angle can be grinded with resolution 0.001. Z Axis This process is for the controlled workpiece grinding length with resolution 0.001. X Axis This axis is for controlled the flute depth, taper for workpiece with resolution 0.001mm

Systematically Servo Controlled Robot Arm Automatically loading & uploading robot arm system to save laborpower & ensure protect ball-nose & flute edge while loading & uploading. Maximum capacity for cassette can be up to 500 piece to ensure efficiency production line X1 Axis This function is controlling cassette traverse right & left. Y1 Axis This function is controlling robot arm traverse up & down. Two axes simultaneously traverse that workpiece can be loading & uploading automatically. Grinding System : JS-24CNC-3N ANCA is designed for fluting, relieving, fishtail and eccentric relieving for mirco cutting tool, router bit & drill. Hydraulic wheelhead traverse up & down : M/C can have workpiece grinded right & left flute with one clamping.

Features of JS-24CNC-3N ANCA 1.Strong stiffness of Table Structure which using Spheroidal graphite iron casting with several Thermal Annealing System & Internal Force releasing process, which we believe can bring work piece a very stable size under 24 hours non-stop grinding environment. 2.Internal Controlled Hydraulic Automatic Robot Arm Loading & Unloading System, to save cost & risk on adding another air-pressure controller. Swiss made cylinder which can resist micro carbide power from permeating into key components while M/C operated under dirty, misty & oily working environment to extend life span of component. 3.Hydraulic Steady Rest Designed to reduce the side force caused while grinding wheel approached which can make sure Round-Out & Concentricity under best condition. 4.Hydraulic V-block supporter to correct the Round-Out caused by collet while work piece rotating under grinding condition. 5.Applying ANCA motion CNC controller, the stability of M/C & capacity can be 2 times more than traditional PLC.
