In “My Documents,” create a folder for your databases – CPS Databases? Now in the “Engage” tab. Make sure your receiver is connected. Select desired class. Back to the “Prepare” tab and choose Lessons & Assessments Choose a folder in which to put your file (PPT, video…) Choose “Add file(s)” and browse to the file. Don’t move the file once you add it to the database – it’s just a link, not the actual file.
