Op Goldstone Terms of Reference Identifying and safeguarding children who have been victims of, or are at risk of Sexual Exploitation by working with our partners to provide Early Help, Early Intervention, Prevention, Intervention, Disruption and Diversion. Aim: The role of the Goldstone Team is to ensure that Hampshire Constabulary in partnership with our 4 LSCBs and third sector partners work together to safeguard children at risk of, or victims of Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE). We will do this by identifying victims, offenders and locations. We will gather and share intelligence to enable us to identify risk and support victims. We will work together to identify victims and provide them with the confidence to report, and then support them through their criminal justice journey. Using the CSE toolkit, we will target offenders and disrupt their actions through multi agency working and robust use of civil orders such and the criminal justice system.
