3 Administration ▪ Audarshia Flagg, M.A., M.Ed., in Curriculum and Instruction, Administration and Supervision, Elementary Education, and 6 hours from completion of Doctorate in Educational Leadership with emphasis in Educational Technology. Mrs. Flagg has over 12 years of experience in education as a teacher, assistant principal, principal, and consultant. Mrs. Flagg has facilitated the increase of test scores from several schools across Mississippi and Louisiana (public, private, and charter). Mrs. Flagg delivers effective coaching and modeling of instructional strategies, data analysis plans to drive instruction, professional development, and creating a trust and lasting relationship with administrators, teachers, parents, and students.

4 Administration Patrick Flagg, B.S. Human Resource Management, heads up our HR Department, scheduling, appointments, payroll, etc. Mr. Flagg has over 10 years of experience working with students of different capacities such as Millcreek, and public schools.

5 Mission Statement ▪ P & A Christian STEM Academy will put our hand in education to make goals obtainable for students and parents. We will serve with honesty and plant seeds for spiritual and moral growth using the bible as a foundation. We will thrive to make students successful, reaching each student one by one, and creating an atmosphere of hope, destiny, and purpose. We are ready to make this journey, let’s go for the ride.
