Government response National Committee for Search and Rescue: National Committee for Search and Rescue: - Evacuated people - Preparation and protection of weak dyke sections. - Ready to prevent and response to up comming heavy rain and flood - DDMFSC sent a delegate to Hung Yen to work with local authority for “on spot” instruction to solve completely the problems of dyke surface erosion and crack in Red river.
