Use table properties in the table section under the table tools layout tab to move the table or to reshape the columns and the rows

Use gridlines, under the table section in the table tools layout table, to show the outline of the table when it has no boarders. Blue lines form when the view gridlines button is clicked, but the lines do not print. You can also view gridlines throughout the entire document by going to the view tab and under show and hide click gridlines.

Cropping a graphic takes away and cuts off extra areas of the graphic. To crop, select the graphic, then click the Picture Tools Format tab and click the crop button in the Size group.
