1 Vocabulary Review: Part II Done in a Previous Computer Apps class Mr. Maasz

2  Use table properties in the table section under the table tools layout tab to move the table or to reshape the columns and the rows

3  Use gridlines, under the table section in the table tools layout table, to show the outline of the table when it has no boarders.  Blue lines form when the view gridlines button is clicked, but the lines do not print.  You can also view gridlines throughout the entire document by going to the view tab and under show and hide click gridlines.

10 When an image is selected, a green rotate handle (green circle) appears over the picture. With this you can easily change the picture’s direction. Ricky Moser

13 What you see above is Word Art. Word Art is a drawing object that contains text formatted with special shapes, patterns and orientations.

28 Cropping a graphic takes away and cuts off extra areas of the graphic. To crop, select the graphic, then click the Picture Tools Format tab and click the crop button in the Size group.
