PRACTITIONER “They expect me to be all things to all people – it is just not possible.” There is an expectation that, in helping people with disability with decisions about career pathways, practitioners have a sound working knowledge of workplace requirements, industry trends and the employment sector in general. This is a ‘big ask’ of any practitioner and argues for a more inclusive approach to the provision of services.
