18 The Hague Agreement is constituted by three different Acts: – the Geneva (1999) Act, entered into force on December 23, 2003, – the Hague (1960) Act, entered into force on August 1, 1984 – the London (1934) Act, which was adopted on June 2, 1934, and entered into force in June 1939.
