Client is an 18 y/o Hispanic male Referred by PCP for depressive and possible manic symptoms, cutting behaviors a year prior. Broke up with boyfriend shortly after intake, increase in depressive symptoms. Began using alcohol to cope, and started spending more time with friends who drink regularly.
