3. Cybercafé alternatively referred to as an Internet cafe, PC bangs, or Net cafe, a cybercafé. It is a place where computer users can use a computer, either their own or one provided by the cybercafe’, to access the Internet, play games, create documents and spreadsheets, chat with friends and family using voice and video. We would like to open a Cyber Community in a rural area so that, people there can use this facilities to know, learn and use the technology same goes as the arising of the modern technology. We will provide many services where the customers can surf internet, play games and there is also printing and fax services. The location of this Cyber Community Centre will be at Felda Jengka Pahang. It is because there are different age groups in the resident. INTRODUCTION

16. It is use to connect computers and other electronic devices so that they may exchange information. Switches, routers, bridges, hubs, and also gateways. For us, we use switch as a connecting cabling to connct among the PC’s client. We use diskless system which there is no hardisk in client’s pc but we store the hardisk in the server. 20. We use wired connecting system. From switch to server, we use LAN wire or cable network (CAT6) To connect the pc we use the shielded-twisted pair cable. This is because, this wire is the most suitable for connecting the computers. It is less expensive, higher quality, flexible, easy installation and prevent noise. For our cybercafé layout, we used the star topology. It is fault tolerant, flexible an inexpensive. If there is an error of one computer another computer still can be used. NETWORKING MEDIUM

21. For this segment, we use Linux NXD 7.0 to make it running smoothly, which means to control all the client’s pc there is no hardisk so that, for the billing system we rather use e-Café pro to record all the client’s activities. NETWORKING MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE

28. Inconclusion, it is important to develop this Cyber Community Centre at the rural place to ensure the people there disclosure with IT and cyber knowledge. It is also important because its provides facilities and services such as printing, scanning, surfing internet, doing work and many more so it is easy to use. Our Cybercafe’ can be used for all goups of people and all of ages. For education, works also for fun. Ultimately, our Cyber Community Centre will be developed same goes with the arising of the technology and we will do and give the best services and facilities for them. CONCLUSION
