Conclusions Results fairly consistent between SME’s and NGO’s Project management skills training is mainly relevant for organizations that do not work continually in projects and/or work in smaller projects Direct perceived challenges are more motivating than project maturity for attendance of basic and advanced workshop Interest for basic workshop = interest for advanced workshop –either respondents do not see the difference –or are interested in both 28
