3. Objective Successful Growth: Project to Process is an intensive learning program rendered in the form of a course or a series of workshops. It helps participants explore the critical frameworks required to build effective processes involving all key business functions in a startup.

4. Why is this topic relevant? In most startups, the intense demand on the entrepreneur’s time and resources makes the concept of spending time on process seem a luxury. However, it is rather a “force multiplier.” When implemented effectively, good business processes streamline a startup’s daily operations, kick in efficiency, and allow the entrepreneur to focus on matters of higher importance.
