Example: verbal, spacial, reasoning Unfolding boxes, nonsense words

Emotional Intelligence Emotional Intelligence (EI) 4 Components: Good grades, high IQ are NOT always a predictor or work achievement. Emotionally intelligent people can deal with bumps of life, get along with people, and handle conflicts. Social Intelligence: Academic aptitude gets you INTO the school/profession, EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE needed for success!
