EVERY DAY Vigorous-Intensity Activities – Swimming – Jumping Rope – Martial Arts – Cheerleading – Soccer – Flag Football – Vigorous Dancing – Kickboxing

AT LEAST 3 DAYS A WEEK Intense-vigorous activity: – Running/fast jogging – Fast Bike Riding – Aerobics – Tennis – Basketball – Gymnastics
