They should be known and accepted by the community transportbusiness training sport

11 New approach to GA For the new approach, it was proposed to focus first of the low end part of the GA activities, where the impact of the actual regulatory system seems to be the most harmful, and which includes also the largest part of the GA stakeholders. We proposed to identify this part of the GA activity as S port Aviation, by opposition to transport aviation. 27 Impact on Safety Level First Conclusion Simplifying the initial airworthiness does not reduce the level of product safety. Simplifying the installation of safety enhancing features will lead to more modern aircraft, complying with higher safety standards, with lower costs! This is already reflected in the objectives of the ‘Part 23 reorganisation exercise’ (reduce certification effort by 50% and double the safety). The challenge of this task is the development of procedures which will reduce the burden for product and organisational approvals, but to ensure the necessary oversight. 14 November 201427Workshop for GA “Nieuwe Regelgeving: Vangnet of Dwangbuis”
