Senior Meetings Pick up your credit check letter, packet, & green release form. Check your credits against your MyRCS transcript to be sure they’re accurate. Write your senior interview date and time in your planner/phone reminder. (Found at the bottom of your credit check letter) You should receive a green pass from your first hour teacher the day of your senior interview. Be on time and don’t forget! ……

How do I apply? Complete an application on-line Send your transcript through Parchment Turn in your Green Release of Information – due Sept 20 at the latest. Your transcript will NOT be sent until you turn this in to Mrs. Garr Send your ACT score directly to the college you are applying to. Do this at act.org if you didn’t already have your score sent when taking the ACT. Retest if desired.

Requesting a Transcript www.parchment.com – First 3 are Free www.parchment.com Start with profile – step by step – My Transcript - Deliver Select “current transcript” when sending initial transcript to college. Select “next grading period” when sending 7 th semester grades or final transcript. Enter numerical part of your student id “Latest year attended” is your year of graduation – 2014 Common Application – merge with Parchment if applying to U of M and a few other schools ~ $2.70 jotooleseyka@rochester.k12.mi.us and Jennifer O’Toole- Seyka (must be written exactly this way on the common app)jotooleseyka@rochester.k12.mi.us Start common app – get ID and put in Parchment to connect the two NCAA – register with NCAA and connect the ID with parchment

Final transcripts must be sent. Work hard this year!
