5  AN INDEX IS ASSIGNED TO EACH U.S. AIRPORT THAT IS AN FAA PART 139 CERTIFICATE HOLDER  INDEX IS DETERMINED BY A COMBINATION OF CRITERIA:  LENGTH OF AIRCRAFT..INDEX E @ LEAST 200.’  AVERAGE DAILY DEPARTURES OF AIRCRAFT.  INDEX LEVEL DETERMINES LEVEL OF FIRE PROTECTION  THREE ARRF RIGS…MINIMUM.  AT LEAST 6000 GALLONS H20 COMBINED IN ALL THREE RIGS.  MUST HAVE A SODIUM-BASED DRY CHEMICAL(HALON.CLEAN AGENT) AND A POTASSIUM- BASED DRY CHEMICAL.  AT LEAST 3000 GALLONS OF FOAM COMBINED IN ALL THREE RIGS.

10 10 MILLION GALLONS OF JET “A” IS STORED AT THIS FACILITY 2 ½ MILLION GALLONS ARE PUMPED INTO AIRCRAFT DAILY AT SFO
