5 New to GRADS Early Aid Estimate Window for entering information will appear when program makes offer. Aid can be updated at any point after that until confirmed in LionPATH. In subsequent years/semesters, information for the student will reside and be updated in LionPATH. Expected live interface to LionPATH (Release 5): 3/1/16 Collection of information may begin earlier than March.

6 Deferrals ISIS Applications (before Fall 2016) that were/will be changed to Fall 2016 or Later 200+ Accounts = 56 with Access Accounts + 187 with FPS Accounts (as of 10/13/15) Access Accounts, not FPS accounts, are needed – action that must be taken by the applicant. The Graduate School will handle the conversion from ISIS to LionPATH. This is a continual process that will be reviewed regularly.

7 Another Important Note Data Warehouse will no longer have new admission data, as of Fall 2016. Do you have any application processing tied to the data warehouse?

8 Don’t Forget! ISIS GRADS (interfaced to ISIS) and LP GRADS (interfaced to LionPATH) are completely separate. Updates to one must also be made in the other.
