Recent Accomplishments Summer 2015 Phone system Upgrades necessary to integrate our upcoming integrated communications platform (WebEx/Polycom/Jabber/Voicemail/Phone/Video Chat/Chat) were successfully performed over a series of Sundays (April 26, May 3, May 10 and May 17). Integration of phone and voice mail system into Active Directory Blackboard: Blackboard was updated to include Outcomes and Assessment on May 13th. Blackboard was updated from the "April 2014" to the "Oct 2014" release Friday, August 7, through Sunday, August 9. BB Student Mobile app has been released and is fully supported with our system. myLakeland Responsive Design. 3. Recent Accomplishments Networking: All old network closet switches were replaced with new Cisco switches over the summer. The Wi-Fi Security System/Cisco ISE have been updated and adjusted to correct logon issues. Programming: Faculty Profile Pages were made available on June 11. Annual updates to Department and Program Review (DAPR). College Credit Plus was successfully implemented in Banner working with many departments and numerous sometimes not clearly defined rules. Many adjustments are phase one and ongoing updates will continue through most of fall. Foundational Life Advocacy Resource Engine (FLARE!) is Live for Men’s Center/Women’s Center and Welding Now Programs. Expansion to include system for Veterans and Hispanic outreach groups. Campus Wide Interior Digital Signage. AQIP Early Alerts Pilot AQIP Data /Completion by Design (CBD). One primary recurring requirement is the need to report on transfer data which we did not have access to. Working together with Institutional Research we have created a process to request and import the National Clearing House transfer information into the Banner system. After the data is imported, another series of programs have been created to analyze the data and set a series of status flags for easy reference and use in a wide array of reports. This fall the team will be looking at the accuracy of the data in the production Retention Reporting system and how the CBD template data will be displayed using the Retention Reporting system. 3

4. Recent Accomplishments Security/Police Systems: The Security Camera System was upgraded to a new version. A number of updates to the faculty gate, inbound loop, keypad, and service. The Police Voice Recording System (omvisource) was upgraded to the latest version. Panic Alarms on Partner Phones in the HUC Testing of a panic alarm in Classroom PC. Degree Tracking system/Degreeworks Upgrade Review and update of all program degree advice to ensure accuracy using new functions. DegreeWorks Student Educational Planner training held at Lakeland May 19 – 21 held on campus by an Ellucian representative Exterior Sign The Fall Highlights Show was conducted August 19. Cisco WebEx 5 year campus wide contract complete. Phase two A3 building is complete. 4
