Assessment and Evaluation You will be completing a test made up of real GCSE questions about glacial features. Foundation Paper: 14/20 = C 12/20 = D 10/20 = E 8/20 = F Higher Paper: 16/20 = A* 14/20 = A 12/20 = B 10/20 = C There is no need to submit an actual project for this topic – it’s all about what you learn and remember for the test. It’s about KNOWLEDGE not PRETTINESS! We will also complete some self and peer assessment with your papers.

Top Tips and Keywords Describe = Say what is there and what it looks like Explain = Say how it formed – use this structure for best marks! Location – start by saying where it’s found Process – explain how it is made from start to finish, using keywords and a case study. Future – what happens next? What happens when the ice goes? When you turn this to a diagram you should add numbered labels to show the order in which things happen. This is called annotation. Useful keywords can be found in your book…
