Problems Description What we have? – Map(? ) – Satellite Imagery – Aerial Video and Mosaic Images Target – Road, building, vegetation, pedestrian, car

Separated into TWO Stages First, off-line ATLAS construction. – Build road network with image and map(if available) – Static object detection (Roof, vegetation, parking, etc.) Second, on-the-fly target detection and tracking – Registration to ATLAS: Geographical registration and mapping Change detection (e.g. building change due to construction, vegetation change due to seasoning) – Moving object detection with context Vehicle detection from road and parking Pedestrian detection etc.
