AEON 4000 – A Step into the Future
High power applications High power density- three times more than previous generation 6 rectifiers SMPS 4000 in one shelf giving 510 Amps at 48V and 750 Amps at 24V 4 shelves in one cabinet giving up to 2040 Amps at 48V and 2250 Amps at 24V Parallel connection of rectifier cabinets possible. AEON Gold can control up to 96 rectifiers in parallel
27
AEON 4000 – Cabinet Options Single PR and two PR available in top and bottom entry versions Internal DC distribution available for single PR and two PR options 3PR cabinets have – connection in top, + in bottom, ext. distribution, 2 m height 4PR cabinets have – connection in top, + in bottom, ext. distribution, 2.2 m height Top Entry Bottom Entry
28
AEON 4000 – Internal Distribution
2PR / 48kW power system with internal distribution and top access: Internal distribution only for cabinets with one or two shelves of rectifiers- max Amps at 48V and 1500 Amps at 24V External batteries only Reduced cost compared to previous generation
29
AEON 4000 – External Distribution
2 x 3PR power system with external distribution cabinets Distribution cabinets up to 6000 Amps External batteries only Reduced cost compared to previous generation
30
AEON 4000 – Distribution Cabinets
High capacity cabinets, maximum 6000 Amps Modular units enabling easy expandability and less assembly time, saving production cost Totally 8 plug-in modules in each distribution cabinet The design allows both MCB’s, MCCB’s and Blade Fuses to fit in standard plug-in distribution module Other distribution requirements can be fitted upon request. Engineering required Single distribution cabinet for less power will be designed for future applications
