APAN is a web-based, unclassified non.dot.mil internet community accessible to the DoD & its mission partners around the globe without the constraints of traditionally closed DoD networks. APAN provides an unclassified information Sharing & Collaboration platform for various government, non-government, state & federal agencies, international organizations & multinational partners to Communicate & support humanitarian crisis response efforts, multinational exercise planning, working groups, conferences & partnership building events around the globe. 201220132010
