STEP-BY-STEP 1.4 1.The data on slide 8 is a list of the most popular coasters, as decided by coaster enthusiast voting online. This kind of data could be organized as a number list. Select all the bulleted items in the placeholder. Click Numbering on the toolbar.

STEP-BY-STEP 1.4 2. The numbers look a little small. With the numbered items still selected, open the Format menu and click Bullets and Numbering. Click the Numbered tab. Change the % of text number to 75. Click OK. 3. Save your changes and leave the presentation open for the next Step-by-Step.

STEP-BY-STEP 1.5 1.You are not very fond of the default font for the current design template and would like to change it throughout the presentation. Open the Format menu and click Replace Fonts. 2.In the Replace Font dialog box, the font Tahoma should be highlighted. Click the down arrow in the With list box to display

STEP-BY-STEP 1.5 a list of fonts. 3. Scroll to and click Times New Roman. Click Replace. All instances of the Tahoma font change to Times New Roman. Close the dialog box and scroll through the slides to see the new font in place.
