3. Liquidation Guidelines Summary of fund claimed / center format All claims must be made in USD (ADB form). Only 1 exchange rate is needed with a supporting document. Original Receipts required. If there is any purchase, 3 quotations are required. If the lowest price item is not selected, provide justification. ADB rate is used for both per diem and DSA. Rate of resource person/consultant is determined by ADB. This would impact the center’s cost budgeted. Staff center will not be paid for the honorarium. Participant is not entitled to per diem or DSA on the last day.

4. Documents Required Workshop agenda Copy of 1 st page of passport Original boarding pass (arrival & departure) / copy of immigration stamp on entry and exit of country Original receipt of air ticket Eticket Hotel receipt including check-in, check-out date, room rate, no. of nights stay and total charge (B/F included or not) Staff center will not be paid for the honorarium. Participant is not entitled to per diem or DSA on the last day. Please submit a tabular summary per 1 expenditure for all participants.
