Quarterly Review Process 33 Join me to find out how the Six Disciplines Program makes Quarterly Review Process easy. During this webinar you'll learn: 1. What is the Quarterly Review Process? 2. Where does it fit in the overall management of performance in my organization? 3. Why is it important? 4. How do I go about completing a Quarterly Review? 5. How do I use it to manage the business?
34
What are quarterly reviews? 34 Quarterly reviews are performance “grade cards” done at the end of each fiscal quarter. This is often aligned directly to calendar quarters. The purpose of the quarterly review is to assess individual, team and organizational performance so that learning factor into future quarters. Quarterly reviews are typically done between the employee and their manager. The output of the review and be used to support and strengthen annual performance reviews. Often financial incentives are tied to quarterly reviews but should be done so with caution.
