3 Right vs. Right Easy choices are right vs. wrong –One clear path –Lead to comfortable outcomes Difficult choices are right vs. right –Not one clear path –Conflicting choices – no comfortable outcome –These choices define who we are, our character

4 Personal Integrity Consistent in who we are –Predictable to others –Have a central core Basis in personal values –Formed by choices –Lifetime of growth

5 Values Connected to feelings –Strong feelings point to values –Remorse points to values conflict (wrong choice) Accessible by self-knowledge –Story writing or story telling –Underlying values

6 Take-Away Lessons Know your own personal values Act in ways that are consistent Set priorities by your own values Lack of self-knowledge is a ship without a rudder
