Whose who PHE Organisational Development Team Executive lead Deborah McKenzie Shona Arora National Workforce Lead, supported by Anna Sasiak, Satnam Sagoo, and Nick Marr Regional workforce leads and each PHE Centre has a workforce development manager. CKO John Battersby has the lead across CKO for workforce development specifically the analytical workforce Jeremy Southall is Workforce Development lead in IBMO and is looking at building capacity in the workforce 2

2016 Products and Services List Delivery of regular programme of internal training across K&I, with appropriate resource guides Working with the LKIS ensure delivery of programme of external training for LA Development of a PH analyst skills and knowledge framework (ideally in partnership with cross-system stakeholders). Adoption of newer delivery models for training (e.g. e-learning) Implement a coordinated approach to placements across K&I Work with national team to ensure a PHE wide approach to specialty training 10Presentation title - edit in Header and Footer
