2. St.David’s Day. St.David’s Day is about the man called David who became a hero and a Saint. Did you know this special day is on March 1 st. On St.David’s Day we eat welsh cakes. On St.David’s day we wear national costumes followed by dances.

3. Did you know David died on 589. It wasn’t until the 18 century that St.David’s Day was declared a national day of celebration in Wales.

4. Bonfire Night Bonfire night is about Guy Fawkes trying to blow up Houses of Parliament. Did you know Bonfire Night is on November 5 th. Did you know you can buy sparklers, they are a stick that sparks until it runs out.

5. Fireworks are a colourful explosion in the sky. They make all kind of noises and, there all different sizes.

6. We celebrate Easter because the egg is a symbol of new life. Did you know Easter is in March 31st. On Easter we eat chocolate eggs.

7. Easter eggs are very colourful because they can have any colour in the world and it has got lots of patterns.

8. Valentines Day is were people share there love like giving hearts and flowers. Valentines Day is on February 14 th every year The Heart is a symbol of love.

9. Valentines Day you can give (your girlfriend/boyfriend) flowers in all different colours, you can have different chocolates in different flavours and shapes. You can also show a way of love by a little kiss and, hold hands.

10. This is an occasion where you can celebrate it witch is you're date of birth and celebrate it every year unless its on a leap year. You can get gifts and cards as well like money and presents.
