Introduction Today your going to be an investigator. You aren't going to be just any investigator, your going to be seeking out treasure in our books. Reading through lots of words, you are going to find what's most important and understand the story. Get your magnifying glass and let’s begin.

Task In this Webquest you will discover ways to remember where the treasure is (main points) in what you have read. Remembering what you read is called comprehension. When you read something, you want to be able to remember what it was about so you can tell other people all about it. Just as investigators you will have a notebook to write and draw the word for you to remember.

Process The first you will select a book and read it with your magnifying glass. Grab a book from the library and begin reading it. Now write the words that you do not know in your book so that you can remember it and ask your friends about it. You and your friend get together in a special place in the classroom and share your findings. Lastly compare your stories and words and fill the Venn Diagram. Venn Diagram
