2 Wall Types: choose/create each one Change any one of the following and you’ve got a different wall type:  Structural composition (material and spacing) Wood or metal Spacing, dimension and gauge  Surface conditions on either side Moisture, impact, surface and applied finishes  Connection to the floor structure and finish Does the wall sit on top of the finished floor?  Continuation above the ceiling Height of wall and structure Fire rating
