Bachelor Village Resort and Courtyards at Broken Top, Lots 1-8 & 21-32: No land use permit needed Properties zoned Commercial, Mixed Use Riverfront, or Mixed Employment: Type I land use permit Properties zoned Residential: Type II land use permit application: City public notice & sign posted, may be appealed Subject to concentration limits: 7.5% within 250-ft radius (see next slide) Exception: Infrequent Short-Term Rentals (available for rent 29 or fewer days per year) – Type I land use permit, exempt from concentration limits
