Committee Chair Role  Create a constructive & effective environment for partners to develop & implement each clinical program  Engage all partners with project planning, development, and implementation of projects / functions  Hold committee meetings with members focused to the development of the program in order to meet sub-steps, milestones, or project requirements outlined in the Implementation Plans within the assigned start & end dates  Identify best practice protocols for clinical implementation to align with project requirements  Engage subject matter experts as needed focused to the need of the program  Partner with the PMO to document the process & expectations of the clinical programs  Identify risks or issues pertaining to the implementation of the clinical program  Communicate with DSRIP Executive Leaders regarding budget needs  Provide monthly updates to the DSRIP team to ensure progress & risks Presentation Title4
